Hello everyone! The Fall Play, Frankenstein Unplugged, is finally here and we have a couple of options for parent involvement!
First and foremost - Please spread the word and come to see the play! Our students have been working so hard and have put together a wonderful production. On Thursday, October 24th, the Boosters will provide a meal for the play students and staff for their dress rehearsal. This meal will be on the Platt stage at 3:00 p.m.. The Pandiani's will provide pasta and meatballs. We need parents to provide salad, bread & butter (garlic bread is awesome), drinks and desserts. Please let me know if you can donate one of these items. Please note: the items must be at Platt between 2:30 and 2:45 p.m. so that students can eat promptly at 3:00 p.m. On the evenings of the plays (Friday & Saturday), the Boosters will be running the concessions. We will need at least 2 parents to help sell concessions before the show begins. There is no intermission. Also, we are asking parents to bake some Halloween related treats for us to sell (individually wrapped if possible). We will also have chips, candy & water to sell. Please note - the play is being held at Lincoln Middle School. Please email me at [email protected] if you are able to help with any of these events. AND FINALLY - our Illiano's Ristorante Fundraiser is THIS WEDNESDAY, October 23rd. Please support the Platt Performing Arts Boosters by ordering food from Illiano's. Ten percent of the sales from this day will be given to our group! Dine in or out! Pizza, gelato or full meals! Tell your family and friends. Thank you for your support! We have partnered with Great Lakes Scrip Center to make it possible for you to purchase gift cards from us and use those cards as cash at hundreds of merchants where you already shop! We get a percentage of every card purchased.
